How much does a taxi cost from the airport?

A taxi between the airport and central parts of Saint Petersburg costs at least 1,000 RUB (25€). Estimated time depends on traffic but please allow at least 1 hour.

Do I need a visa to travel to Saint Petersburg?

For non-Russian travellers it is compulsory to obtain a visa before entering Russia. We advise you apply for a tourist visa as this is the simplest and less expensive way to obtain a visa. For more information regarding visa we advise you read our visa information section.

Do you provide support for the visa?

Once you register for the conference you will be able to request a visa invitation letter which will facilitate your visa application process. This invitation should be attached with the normal application form which you will submit to your nearest Russian Consulate.

How do I register for the conference?

To register please click here. You will then reach our secure registration section which is organised by a professional conference agent. There you will be able to register, reserve hotel accommodation, request a visa invitation as well as pay for the conference.

What are the payment options?

You can pay either by credit card or bank transfer.

What is the deadline for conference registration?

Since a visa is required to enter Russia for all non-Russian travellers (except if you are coming from any CIS country), we strongly advise you to register and apply for the visa as soon as possible. However, from a conference point of view there is no deadline for registration unless the event is fully booked.

Do I have to pay a cancellation fee if I cannot attend?

We fully understand that unexpected events may happen. For this reason, and in relation to the event’s fixed costs, the following conditions will be applied at the conference:

• For cancellations made before 19th May 2010, you will be refunded 85% of the registration fee
• For cancellations made before 15th June 2010, you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee (not including bank charges)
• For cancellations made after 15th June 2010, you will be refunded 25% of the registration fee (not including bank charges)
• No refunds will be given for any absences after 3rd July 2010.
